We here at Newvotek wish to try and plan the use of resource with you, our customer, in advance. Whilst this can't always happen, and will remain flexible enough to meet your urgent needs, we aim to take time to work with you to explore and understand your business requirements and expectations. Through a number of Project Principles, we partner with you to refine the planning process so you achieve the best results from your investment.

Requirements Gathering: This essentially is our review of your environment. It's an analysis of the potential project, understanding the technical status, deliverables, hurdles, time and resource estimate. This enables a smooth transition to the design, build and deployment phases of your implementation.

The Legacy: We need to determine the requirements of your migration and conversion task. The migration or conversion process can of course be driven by many factors that are a result of company acquisition, previous strategies etc. We are confident that we can make the best use of existing resources, mitigate risk, and ensure successful results.

Project Implementation: We need to and will become an integral part of your team, and share accountability for quality of the deliverables and project success. We look to provide proactive assistance at critical points during an implementation, along with our know how and expertise.
